Kaushal Mehta

Kaushal Mehta has extensive work experience in the banking industry, with roles in both HDFC Bank Ltd. and IndusInd Bank. At HDFC Bank Ltd., they served as Zonal Head of the South1 Quality Initiative Group, State Head of Gujarat Quality Initiatives Group, Cluster Head of Wholesale Banking Group, and Assistant Manager in the Transactional Banking Group. Kaushal was responsible for executing projects and initiatives, conducting service quality assessments, and identifying improvement areas. Prior to HDFC Bank Ltd., they worked as an Assistant Manager at IndusInd Bank. Currently, they hold the position of Vice President at Reliance Industries Limited, where they lead a process improvement effort through quality interventions in the Shared Services Organization. Kaushal manages a team focused on improving processes through automation, digitization, and process redesign.

Kaushal Mehta completed a Master of Business Administration (M.B.A.) degree in Finance, General from the Faculty of Management Studies, MSU, from 1996 to 1998. Prior to that, they obtained a Bachelor's degree in Zoology/Animal Biology from St. Xavier's College, Ahmedabad, from 1994 to 1995. Additionally, Kaushal Mehta has obtained various certifications throughout their career, including Lead Auditor ISO 37001:2016 from BSI (obtained in 2023), Qimpro Certified Level 3 Qualitist from Qimpro Consultants Pvt. Ltd. (obtained in 2020), and Certified Internal Auditor (CIA) from The Institute of Internal Auditors Inc. (obtained in 2019), among others.
