Michael Costa

Michael Costa is an accomplished professional in the offshore oil and gas industry with extensive experience in project management and strategic development. Currently serving as the Head of Offshore Deep Water Projects at Reliance Industries Limited, Michael is responsible for conceptualizing and optimizing returns on investments for deepwater and energy projects. Previous roles include Project & Operations Director at Turkish Petroleum/GOE Engineering, where project management consultancy was provided for the Sakarya Phase II FPU project, and Executive Project Director at Subsea 7, leading strategic alliances for large subsurface offshore projects. Michael's background includes leadership positions at GE Power, BW Offshore, and Bumi Armada, where expertise in business development and major project management was demonstrated. Michael holds a Mechanical Engineering degree from Universite de Technologie de Compiegne and a Master of Mechanics & Materials Science from UTC Compiegne/Ecole Centrale Paris.
