Ramesh Hatapaki

Ramesh Hatapaki is an experienced professional with a robust background in operations and safety management, currently serving as Sr Lead of Digital Platforms at Reliance Industries Limited since November 2014. Ramesh has developed an integrated Safety and Operations Platform that utilizes advanced technologies such as Gen AI and computer vision to enhance operational safety and compliance. Previously, Ramesh held multiple senior management roles, including overseeing the measurement and integration of Operating Management Systems, leading business process management initiatives, and driving process improvements within the procurement value stream. Ramesh's tenure at Reliance from 1998 to 2013 included significant contributions to project planning, operational efficiency, and safety transformation projects. Ramesh holds a Bachelor of Technology in Textile Sciences and Engineering from the University of Mumbai and an Engineer's Degree in the same field from VJTI.
