Sibabrata Das

Sibabrata Das is a seasoned professional in project management and operations with extensive experience in the energy and industrial sectors. Currently serving as General Manager of Projects & Operations at Reliance Industries Limited since August 2025, Sibabrata previously held the role of Head of Project Management at TotalEnergies from August 2023 to August 2025. Prior to that, Sibabrata was the Head of Operations & Projects at IBC SOLAR AG from 2013 to August 2023, overseeing the Indian division as Director. Sibabrata's career began at Bhushan Power & Steel Limited, where various positions were held from 2002 to 2013, culminating in the role of Project Manager. Sibabrata holds a Bachelor of Technology in Electrical Engineering from Biju Patnaik University of Technology and a Diploma in Electrical Engineering from the State Council for Technical Education and Vocational Training.
