William Karstenson is a seasoned financial executive with extensive experience in various leadership roles within the finance sector. Currently serving as the Group Chief Financial Officer at both IDENTCO and Reliance Label Solutions since February 2022, Karstenson previously held the position of VP of Finance at Essentra from October 2018 to February 2022, where responsibilities included managing financial operations for a major global packaging manufacturer. Prior to that, Karstenson worked at AGCO Corporation as Finance Director and GM Director for Sparex North America, providing strategic financial leadership in the agricultural aftermarket sector. Earlier roles at Sears Holdings Corporation and Kraft Foods involved significant financial oversight and accountability across various business units. Karstenson holds a Bachelor of Science in Finance and Accounting from DePaul University and an MBA in Business Administration from Northern Illinois University.
