Alok Ghosh

Alok Ghosh has a diverse work experience spanning various positions and industries. Alok has held roles such as VP & Head of Governance and Performance Enablement at Reliance Nippon Life Insurance and Head of Governance at Kotak Mahindra Old Mutual Life Insurance. Alok has also been involved in strategic initiatives and transformation projects at Kotak Mahindra, where they served as DVP, AVP, and Chief Manager. Alok has experience as a Branch Manager at ING VYSYA Life Insurance and Max New York Life Insurance, where they achieved significant milestones and turned around a low-performing office. Alok has also worked in brand management and business development roles at ITNation India Pvt. Ltd. and Duncan InfoTech. Alok started their career as a Product Manager at Usha Martin Telekom Ltd. Alok Ghosh completed their education in a chronological order. Alok first attended City Montessori School from 1975 to 1985, where they completed their 8th-grade degree in Science. Alok then pursued a BSc from Bombay University from 1991 to 1994, specializing in Physics. Following this, they attended BIT Mesra Student-Industry Relations Cell from 1994 to 1996, where they obtained an MBA degree in Marketing and Systems, with a focus on SAD & RDBMS.

Apart from their formal education, Alok also obtained additional certifications. In 2012, they received a Manager Certification as a 4DX Coach from Franklin Covey. Additionally, in 2014, they obtained a Six Sigma Green Belt certification from KPMG.
