Prashanth Kurien

Prashanth Kurien has a diverse work experience spanning several years. Prashanth is currently working as a Vice President at Reliance Nippon Life Insurance. Prior to that, they held various roles at Max Life Insurance Company Limited, including Assistant Vice President - Projects and Chief Manager - Finance. Prashanth was responsible for managing finance projects, implementing SAP Treasury system, and overseeing ERP implementation. Prashanth also served as Chief Manager of Distribution Compensation Management, where they managed a team and handled compensation and benefits for distributors and sales employees. Earlier in their career, they worked as a Manager - Business Support at Aviva India and an Assistant Manager - MIS & Technology at Max Life Insurance Company Limited. Additionally, they gained experience as a Senior Executive at e-Serve International Ltd. and started their career as a Management Trainee at Citibank India.

Prashanth Kurien's education history begins in 1992 when they attended D.T.E.A Senior Secondary School. Prashanth completed their XII Std with a focus on Humanities/Humanistic Studies. From 1993 to 1996, Prashanth studied at Delhi University, earning a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) degree with a dual focus on Political Science and History. Additionally, Prashanth pursued a Diploma in Computer Applications from NIIT Ltd. between 1997 and 2000, specializing in Computer Programming.

In terms of certifications, Prashanth obtained the Project Management Professional (PMP) certification from the Project Management Institute in October 2017.
