Sitesh Dash has a diverse work experience in the field of Human Resources. Sitesh is currently working as a Chief Manager of Human Resources at Reliance Nippon Life Insurance, where they are responsible for various aspects of talent management, engagement, and organizational development. Prior to this role, they were a Deputy Manager of Human Resources at Max Life Insurance Company Limited. Sitesh has also served as an Assistant Manager of Human Resources at Tata AIA Life Insurance and an Associate Manager of Human Resources at HDFC Life.
