Sneha Bhat

Sneha Bhat has extensive work experience in the field of human resources and talent management. Sneha is currently working as the Vice President - Talent Management, Engagement & Learning at Reliance Nippon Life Insurance since April 2021. Prior to that, they held the role of Sr Manager - Talent at the same company from July 2018 to April 2021. Sneha has also worked as an HR Associate at Stuart Weitzman from December 2017 to March 2018. Sneha worked as a Manager - HR at Canara HSBC OBC Life Insurance Company from January 2014 to October 2016. Sneha also served as an Assistant Manager at Tata AIA Life from June 2012 to December 2013, where they were responsible for various HR processes such as development center, Individual Development Plans, learning initiatives, and 360 Degree Feedback Survey. Prior to that, they worked at Lodha Group as an Associate Manager- Organizational Development from March 2010 to August 2012. Sneha started their career as an Executive Trainee at HDFC Ergo General Insurance from August 2007 to August 2008 and later worked as an Executive at IDBI Fortis Life Insurance Co Ltd from August 2008 to March 2010.

From 2005 to 2007, Sneha Bhat attended the University of Mumbai, where they pursued a Master of Arts degree in Industrial and Organizational Psychology.
