James Ferro

James Ferro has extensive work experience in various financial and analytical roles. James currently works as the Director of Financial Analytics at Reliance Standard, a position they have held since November 2020. Prior to this, they served as the Director of Finance Modernization at the same company from March 2019 to November 2020. James also held the position of Manager of Finance Modernization at Reliance Standard from December 2017 to March 2019, where they led complex strategic projects to support department modernization goals.

Before joining Reliance Standard, James worked at AmeriHealth Caritas as a Technical Specialist from October 2013 to December 2016. James also has a significant tenure at Penn Mutual Life Insurance Company, where they served as a Senior Financial Consultant, Data Analyst, and Accountant from May 2006 to October 2013. In this role, they led and managed project-oriented initiatives and performed complex financial analyses.

Prior to Penn Mutual, James worked at PECO Energy, An Exelon Corporation Company as a Senior Financial Analyst, Supervisor, and Accountant from February 1998 to May 2006. James was responsible for developing monthly profit and loss statements and streamlining journal entry processes. James also worked at CoreStates Financial Corporation as a Financial Analyst from November 1996 to February 1998, where they were involved in cost accounting and purchasing policy development. James' early career experience includes a role as an Eagle Managed Care Analyst at RITE AID from 1993 to 1994.

James Ferro completed their Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration with a Marketing Emphasis at the University of West Virginia from 1988 to 1992. James later pursued a Master of Business Administration (M.B.A.) in Business Administration at the University of Nevada, Las Vegas from 1992 to 1993.
