Janet Engle

Janet Engle is an experienced project management professional currently serving as the Manager of the Project Management IS Team at Reliance Matrix since November 2022. In this role, Janet oversees a team of Workday Implementation Project Managers, focusing on the planning and prioritization of projects. Previously, at Sedgwick from October 2020 to November 2022, Janet was an Implementation Project Manager responsible for developing and rolling out standard implementation practices while streamlining processes and reducing implementation timelines. Prior to Sedgwick, Janet worked at MetLife from April 2013 to September 2020 as the Disability Total Absence Management Unit Leader and Business Process Lead, where responsibilities included partnering with various stakeholders to deliver Disability Plan Agreements and ensuring compliance with guidelines for projects of varying scales.
