Jayna Montalvo

Jayna Montalvo currently serves as the Director of Billing Support Operations at Reliance Matrix, a position held since July 2017, where responsibilities include evaluating and developing operational procedures, providing guidance on controls related to new policies, and assisting in the implementation of methods to improve departmental effectiveness. Previously, Jayna held the role of Manager of Premium Services at Reliance Matrix, overseeing billing and administrative functions, managing workflow, and addressing escalated issues. Prior to that, Jayna was the Service Excellence Manager at Cenlar FSB and served as VP of Operations & Compliance Support at Expert Global Solutions, directing compliance efforts and managing legal regulations. Jayna's educational background includes attendance at Mainland Regional High School and West Virginia University.
