Pradip Pol

Pradip Pol is an experienced IT professional with a strong background in program and project management. Since July 2017, Pradip has served as Assistant Vice President and Director of IT Program Management at Reliance Standard, where responsibilities include assisting the CIO with organizational IT strategy and overseeing the implementation of program management processes for complex business initiatives. Prior to that, Pradip worked at Cognizant from October 2002 to July 2017, holding various roles such as Engagement Manager and Program Manager, focusing on portfolio management, business development, and technology leadership for top-ranked U.S. banking projects. Pradip's career began in software engineering across various IT organizations from June 1999 to September 2002. Pradip holds a Master of Science in Computer Software Engineering from the Birla Institute of Technology and Science, Pilani, and a Bachelor of Engineering in Metallurgy from COEP Technological University.
