Sarah Bailey has extensive experience in the disability claims field, having worked at Reliance Standard from September 2017 to June 2020 in various roles including Supervisor of LTD Claims and Director of Claims Policy & Procedures. Prior to this, Sarah was a Customer Care Specialist at Unum from August 2000 to November 2002, where responsibilities included adjudicating self-insured Short Term Disability claims. Currently, Sarah serves as the Director of Operations Business Strategy at Reliance Matrix since June 2023. Sarah holds a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from Boston University, obtained between 1991 and 1995.
