With over two decades of diversified work experience in commercial and investment banking, Roddam has essayed many roles in the past ranging from customer relationship management to sales & operations to technology. Prior to RMW, he worked as the Chief Executive Officer for Mahindra Satyam BPO, & with Deutsche Bank for eight years, summing up his tenure there, as the Global Head for Corporate Trust & Securities Operations. He has also been associated with other leaders in the Banking and Financial Services sector such as ANZ Grindlays Bank, Emirates Bank International and HDFC Bank.

Roddam also co-­founded and serves as a Director at 'VenSat Tech Services Pvt. Ltd.' a high technology media services provider & 'Annapurna Studios', the leading state of the art content production services provider in Southern India. He holds a Bachelor’s degree in Commerce and a Masters in Business Administration.
