Ryan Baranik

Ryan Baranik is a seasoned recruitment professional with extensive experience in technical recruitment and talent acquisition. Currently serving as a Technical Recruiter at Reliance One, Inc. since 2022, Ryan previously held the role of Senior Consultant at Concero from 2021 to 2022. Ryan also served as Director of Talent Acquisition at Escalent, specializing in human behavior and analytics from 2019 to 2021. Prior to that, Ryan worked at Reliance One, Inc. from 2015 to 2019, where responsibilities included leading a recruitment team and managing metrics to exceed departmental goals. Ryan’s earlier roles include client services at Target Copy, account executive at ComSource, Inc., and mortgage banker at Quicken Loans. Ryan is an alumnus of Michigan State University.
