Mark Barlar

Mark Barlar has over 25 years of experience in regulatory compliance and risk management in the transportation industry. Currently serving as the Director of DOT Regulatory Compliance and Director of Risk Services at Reliance Partners since October 2020, Mark previously worked for the Wisconsin State Patrol from July 1998 to October 2020, where the role of Master Inspector involved ensuring compliance of commercial motor vehicles and drivers with state and federal regulations. Mark's expertise includes instructing on hazardous materials transportation, cargo tank inspections, and electronic logging device (ELD) inspections for the Federal Motor Carrier Safety Administration (FMCSA).
