Debi Carter

Debi Carter currently serves as the Manager of Change Management at Reliance Steel & Aluminum Co. since March 2022. Prior to this role, Debi Carter accumulated extensive experience at Pfizer over a span of nearly three decades, where responsibilities included designing and delivering training modules related to GMP and EHS, coordinating quality assurance submissions, and leading various training and project initiatives. Debi Carter holds a M.S. in Information Technology from Nova Southeastern University and a B.S. in Computer Science from Bellevue University.
