Gina Webster

Gina Webster has over 27 years of experience in human resources and training. Currently serving as Sr. Manager of HR Implementations & Training at Reliance Steel & Aluminum Co. since April 1996, Gina has previously held roles including HR Manager Implementations, Manager of HRIS, and Manager of Application Services. Responsibilities have included managing teams of system analysts and trainers, implementing various business systems such as ERP/eSTELplan and Crystal Reporting, and leading ERP system training for over 20 locations. Prior experience includes working as a Systems Trainer at First Interstate Bank, focusing on training new customer banking systems. Gina holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Human Resources from California State University, Long Beach.
