Michael Prado

Michael Prado is an experienced IT professional with expertise in identity and access management, as well as IT support. Since February 2011, Michael has held the position of Identity and Access Management Analyst II at Reliance Steel & Aluminum Co., where responsibilities include providing remote and on-site support for over 10,000 users, troubleshooting various applications and hardware issues, and leading first call resolution efforts. Prior experience includes working as an IT Help Desk Technician at Vengroff Williams & Associates, where Michael successfully managed desktop support for 150 users.
