Robert Lancaster began their work experience in 1999 as a General Manager in the United States Air Force. Robert retired in January 2016 at the rank of Master Sergeant after serving for twenty-four years. While in the Air Force, they earned an associate's degree in applied science from Community College of the Air Force in 2011 and an associate's degree in industrial management technology from North West Florida State College in 2015. Lancaster also held the role of Product Improvement Manager from November 2010 to November 2013. Robert then joined Reliance Test & Technology, LLC in May 2018 as a Project Support Coordinator, their current role.
Robert Lancaster attended Northwest Florida State College from 2015 to 2017. During this time, they pursued a Bachelor's degree in Industrial Management Technology with a concentration in Project Management.
