Christina Bergmann, PHR, SHRM-CP has extensive experience in the field of human resources. Christina currently serves as the Vice President of Employee Experience at Reliant Community Federal Credit Union, leading organizational efforts to maintain an engaged workforce and overseeing the total rewards package. Previously, Christina worked as an Adjunct Professor at Nazareth College teaching Strategic Total Rewards, and as a Sr. HR Business Partner at Baldwin Richardson Foods where Christina managed compensation, benefits, and HR initiatives. With a Master's degree in Human Resource Management, Christina has a strong background in talent management and organizational development.
