David Arthur is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in the benefits and health-related sectors. Currently serving as the Business Development Leader at Reliant Health Partners since June 2012, David plays a key role in providing cost containment solutions for self-insured clients and Third Party Administrators. Additionally, David is the President of Arthur & Associates, where a focus on developing corporate Voluntary Benefits strategies has led to the management of enrollments for over 100,000 employees. Previously, David held the position of Worksite Benefits Practice Leader at Willis, overseeing the Voluntary Benefits Practice in New Jersey and New York. David's career began at National Insurance Associates as a Regional Vice President after transitioning from St. Paul Insurance Companies.
