Currently serving as the Director of Development at Reliant Real Estate Management since April 2025, Thomas previously held the position of Executive Vice President of Construction at Prime Group Holdings, LLC, leading a substantial self-storage portfolio spread across 28 states and Canada. Prior to that, Thomas worked at Select Choice Realty, focusing on commercial and residential real estate transactions, and held project management roles at Bonacio Construction Inc. and Bast Hatfield Inc., overseeing various construction projects. Thomas is a graduate of the Manfred School of Real Estate with certifications in real estate brokering and a Certified Aging in Place Specialist.
