Crystal Wadin, SHRM-SCP, currently serves as the Human Resources Director at Reliant Mission, starting in September 2024. Previously, Crystal held the same title at The Christian and Missionary Alliance from May 2021 to September 2024, providing HR support at a national and global level for a denomination with 2,000 churches. Crystal also worked as the Executive HR and Operations Director at Calvary Church of Albuquerque from March 2015 to May 2021, focusing on strategic growth and operational practices. Earlier experience includes roles at Lockheed Martin as Operations Manager for HR Services, Director of HR Operations at Sento Corporation, and Human Resources Director at Capital Management Services, LLC. Crystal's educational background includes a BA in Human Resources and an MBA with a concentration in Human Resources from the University at Buffalo and the University of New Mexico, respectively.

RELIANT is a full-service mission agency that partners with missional churches and nonprofits to mobilize local missionaries. Connect with our Facebook pages for updates. Especially good for ministry donors who give regularly towards a missionary or church planter. Many churches can't survive on a traditional model where members support a single pastor.
