Property Management and Leasing

The Property Management and Leasing team at Reliant Realty Services LLC is responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the company's low-income housing units. This includes managing tenant relations, ensuring occupancy rates, and maintaining the properties. The AVP of Asset Management oversees the asset strategy, the Vice President of Leasing develops leasing policies and strategies, and Leasing Agents handle tenant inquiries, lease agreements, and move-ins.
