Stephanie Parks

Stephanie Parks has significant experience in the healthcare industry, particularly in rehabilitation services. Stephanie started their career at Nexion Health in 2002, where they served as a Regional Rehabilitation Manager. In this role, they managed the clinical and financial operations of 18 Skilled Nursing/Sub-acute rehab units. Stephanie was responsible for training therapists and nurses on various clinical systems and rehabilitation reimbursement.

In 2007, Stephanie joined Reliant Rehabilitation, where they held two key positions. Stephanie initially served as the Vice-President of Operations, overseeing the strategic management and operational aspects of over 200 rehabilitation clinics in 17 states. Stephanie was responsible for developing and maintaining organizational strategies and proposals to enhance performance and profitability for clients. Stephanie then moved on to become the Chief Development Officer, where they played a crucial role in creating and implementing corporate business development plans. Stephanie also built and maintained high-level contacts with customers and business partners, while spearheading the development of new business lines to drive growth.

Throughout their career, Stephanie Parks has demonstrated expertise in operational management, business development, and clinical operations within the healthcare and rehabilitation sectors.

Stephanie Parks completed their Master of Science degree in Speech-Language Pathology from Texas Woman's University between 1996 and 1998. Stephanie later pursued their MBA and received a degree in Business Administration and Management, General from Southern Methodist University - Cox School of Business in May 2013.
