Erica Shiels

Erica Shiels has extensive experience in operations and employee experience, currently serving as a People Operations Generalist and Office Manager at ReliaQuest since October 2018, contributing to the company's mission of enhancing cybersecurity through its GreyMatter platform. Prior roles include positions at Oneview Healthcare as an Executive Assistant and Office Manager, a Project Manager at Green Light Events Ltd, and various sales and marketing roles at The Marker Hotel and The Merrion Hotel. Erica also chaired Site Young Leaders Ireland and has experience in hospitality as a bartender and events administrator.
