Heather Foutch-Rivera SHRM-CP is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in payroll and human resources management. Currently serving as the Global Payroll Senior Manager at ReliaQuest since February 2021, Heather has contributed to the company's mission in the cybersecurity sector by holding various titles including Payroll Manager and Global Compensation Accountant. Prior to ReliaQuest, Heather worked at Tampa Bay Steel Corp for nearly nine years, undertaking roles such as Human Resources and Payroll Admin and involving multiple responsibilities including staffing, benefits administration, and corporate training. Heather began a career in education as a teacher at Durant High School after earning a Bachelor’s Degree in Secondary English Education from the University of South Florida.
