Scott Reeder

Scott Reeder has a diverse work experience, spanning over several industries. Scott began their career as a Customer Support Engineer at IBM in 1990. Scott then moved on to GE Capital, where they worked as a System Engineer for seven years. From there, Scott joined Intel Corporation, where they served as a Senior Field Sales Engineer and Senior Solution Architect/Sales Engineer for almost two decades, focusing on providing technical sales advice to IT Solution Provider Customers and leading transformational projects. Following their successful tenure at Intel, they worked at Duo Security as a Solutions Engineer, Partner Sales Engineer, and Sales Engineering Manager, Channel & SLED. Scott was responsible for leading the expansion of Duo's Partner program, developing strategies to win business, and growing the national Security Partner, Managed Service Provider, and Educational solutions engineering teams. After their time at Duo Security, Scott joined Cisco as a Sales Engineering Manager and eventually became the Head of Sales Engineering for Commercial Enterprise, leading a team of cyber security systems engineers and specializing in areas such as authentication technology, identity, and single sign-on. Scott then moved on to Wiz, where they served as the VP of Solutions Engineering, Americas, and Director of Solutions Engineering, focusing on disrupting the industry with a cloud-native approach to solving cloud security challenges. Currently, Scott is the Director of Sales Engineering at ReliaQuest.

Scott Reeder attended Pennsylvania College of Technology, where they studied Electrical and Electronics Engineering. In addition to their degree, they hold several certifications including MEDDICC by SalesHood from ReliaQuest, AWS Certified Cloud Practitioner from Amazon Web Services (AWS), CNE from Novell, Certified Internet Webmaster from CIWcertified, CompTIA Network + from CompTIA, HP Accredited Systems Engineer from HP, Intel Certified Integration Specialist from Intel Corporation, and MCSE from Microsoft.
