Ajith Kallambella is a seasoned technology executive with extensive experience in engineering leadership across various sectors. Currently serving as Senior Vice President and Head of Engineering at Relias, Ajith previously held the role of Senior Engineering Leader at Amazon Music, where responsibilities included overseeing product and engineering teams and delivering real-time behavioral data analytics solutions. As the Founder and CTO of StringCastle Software Corp., Ajith built SaaS products for the Insurance, Healthcare, and Retail industries and led the company through Series A funding. Prior experience includes acting as VP of Architecture and Engineering for Walt Disney Parks & Resorts, where Ajith spearheaded a large-scale initiative with over $4 billion in funding. Ajith co-founded JavaRanch.com, contributing as a volunteer moderator. An alumnus of Harvard Business School and Carnegie Mellon University, Ajith holds degrees in executive management, business analytics, and information technology management.
