Chris Salles is an experienced Learning and Development Consultant, currently contracted by Duke University Health System to enhance onboarding strategies, successfully reducing voluntary turnover rates. Salles has held significant roles, including Vice President of Training & Leadership Development at Victra, where key training initiatives achieved high completion rates and improved new hire performance. Previous experience includes Director positions at Audible, Inc., overseeing global learning for 1,600+ employees, and Konica Minolta Business Solutions, where Salles developed a learning-centric organization. Notably, Salles has contributed to growth in telehealth at Wheel and led operations at Sally Beauty during a critical transition. Currently, Salles leads the Learning Data & AI Insights team at Relias, focusing on transforming learning experiences for healthcare organizations.
