Karan Bavishi

Karan Bavishi has a diverse work experience that spans multiple companies and roles.

Karan currently works as a Founding Engineer at RelicX since October 2021.

From 2018 to 2021, Karan worked at Rubrik, Inc. as a Senior Software Engineer. Karan was part of the Data Platform & Infrastructure team and worked on various aspects of data pipelines, including streaming timeseries and logs as well as batch ETL pipelines in AWS. Karan also led major projects during their tenure.

Prior to that, from 2016 to 2018, they were a Graduate Student at the University of Wisconsin-Madison.

In 2017, Karan had an internship at Rubrik, Inc. as a Software Engineering Intern.

From 2012 to 2016, they worked at Arista Networks, Inc. as a Software Engineer. Their role involved building software features for Arista's EOS, the operating system for their datacenter switches. Karan worked on various projects in different areas.

Additionally, Karan completed their secondary education, obtaining a Class X degree from Modern School from 1993 to 2006. In terms of additional certifications, they achieved the Duolingo German Fluency: Intermediate (Estimated) certificate from Duolingo in February 2016.
