Farzaneh Dailaghian

Global Controller/global Fp&a Director at Relief International

Farzaneh Dailaghian has a diverse and extensive work experience. Farzaneh started working at the Ministry of Food and Agriculture in 2004 as a Grant Manager, where they were responsible for managing donor relations, grant compliance, and project management. After that, they worked at HIS Business Consulting Inc. as a Business Strategy/Finance Manager, where they developed successful business plans and implemented recruitment strategies for project implementations. Farzaneh then moved on to become the Regional Business Strategy and Finance Director at HIS Business Consulting Incorporation, where they focused on strategy formulation, business planning, and financial analysis. In 2013, they joined Habitat for Humanity International as the Regional Business Planning and Finance Manager for the Asia-Pacific region, overseeing financial management, grant management, and internal controls for Habitat National Offices. Currently, they are working at Relief International as the Global Director of Financial Planning and Analysis.

Farzaneh Dailaghian completed their education with a Diploma in Physics and Mathematics Discipline from the National Organization for Development of Exceptional Talents in 1999. Farzaneh then pursued a Bachelor's degree in Information and Communication Engineering from the National University of Iran from 1999 to 2004. Following that, they obtained a Bachelor's degree in International Finance and Accounting from the same university between 2005 and 2008. Finally, they earned their Master's degree in Business and Administration (MBA) from Regis University in the United States from 2009 to 2011.
