Marla Massel

Marla Massel has a diverse work experience spanning over several years. Marla is currently working as the Vice President at Relief Mental Health, a role they started in 2024. Prior to this, from 2022 to 2024, they worked as a Practice Manager at NorthShore University HealthSystem. In 2020, Marla served as the Director of Operations at The Women's Group of Northwestern. In the same year, they also held the position of Vice President of Operations and Patient Services at Clarity Clinic Chicago, where they focused on improving patient paperwork, HR processes, and leadership skills. Additionally, Marla has experience in the retail industry, having founded and served as the President of Varsity Couture from 2003 to 2011, where they designed and distributed sport fan clothing items.
