Neetu Aggarwal

Neetu Aggarwal has a strong background in compliance and risk management. Neetu started their career in 2007 as a Risk Manager at Religare Securities Ltd., where they supervised a team and implemented risk policies for branches and business partners in the North region. Neetu then joined Religare Finvest Limited in 2010 as an Associate Vice President and Compliance Officer, where they managed investor grievances, litigation, and regulatory compliance for the company. Currently, they hold the same role at Religare Finvest Limited (SME Loans), focusing on compliance as a Depository Participant with CDSL.

Neetu Aggarwal obtained a Bachelor of Commerce (B.Com.) and LL.B degree in Banking, Corporate, Finance, and Securities Law from Delhi University, completing it from 1998 to 2001. From 2002 to 2004, Neetu pursued a PGDBA (Post Graduate Diploma in Business Administration) from Symbiosis Centre for Distance Learning with a focus on Business Administration and Management. Following that, Neetu attended The Institute of Company Secretaries of India from 2006 to 2010, earning a degree as a Company Secretary specialized in Company Law. In 2014, Neetu enrolled in Amity University Noida and completed a Master of Laws (LL.M.) degree with a specialization in Commercial and Constitution law in 2015.
