Prakash Jejani

Prakash Jejani has extensive work experience in various financial roles. Prakash currently serves as the Chief Financial Officer at Religare Finvest Limited (SME Loans) since September 2022. Prior to this, they worked as the Vice President Finance at Indifi from January 2021 to September 2022. Prakash also held the position of NCML at National Collateral Management Services Limited from October 2011 to January 2021. Their earlier experience includes working at Khandelwal Jain & Co as KJCO from April 2009 to October 2011.

Prakash Jejani has a diverse educational background primarily focused on finance and law. From 2009 to 2021, they pursued a Certified Financial Analysis (CFA) program in the USA, specializing in the fields of banking, corporate finance, and securities law. Prior to that, from 2007 to 2010, Prakash attended the Institute of Company Secretaries of India, where they obtained a degree in C S, again emphasizing banking, corporate finance, and securities law. Earlier in their education, from 2005 to 2008, they studied at The Institute of Chartered Accountants of India and obtained a degree in Chartered Accountancy, with a focus on accounting and finance. Prakash's undergraduate education took place from 2002 to 2004 at Maharshi Dayanand University, where they earned a Bachelor of Commerce (BCom) degree in commerce. Prakash's educational background demonstrates a strong foundation in financial analysis, corporate finance, accounting, and banking, as well as a specialization in law related to these fields.
