Olga Korsakova is a seasoned human resources professional with extensive experience in global talent acquisition and employee development. Currently serving as a Global Human Resources Business Partner and Global Talent Acquisition Lead at Reliz, Olga previously held significant roles at Unlimint as the Head of Global and IT Recruitment, and at Qicai Xingqiu English School as Human Resources Manager. With a strong background in job analysis, recruitment processes, and training program design, Olga has successfully managed staffing plans, candidate assessments, and employee onboarding initiatives.
