Maya Herm

Director, Customer Success - EMEA at Relo Metrics

Maya Herm has extensive work experience in customer success management, operations, coaching, program development, recruitment, and research. In 2021, they began their role as Customer Success Manager - EMEA for Relo Metrics, where they manage overall renewal, retention, and expansion for UK/EMEA clients. From 2019 to 2021, they worked at GumGum as EMEA Client Operations and Strategy and Operations for GumGum Sports, where they managed sports sponsorship valuation operations, led internal and client product operations, and created internal operational efficiencies. From 2016 to 2019, they were an Assistant Coach for Tufts Field Hockey, a Research Analyst for the Center for Applied Brain and Cognitive Sciences, and Interim Head Field Hockey Coach. From 2014 to 2016, they were a Recruitment Analyst at Huxley, where they specialized in the IT Infrastructure sector and brought in $30k+ in billing within the first five months of employment. From 2013 to 2014, they played hockey internationally and semi-professionally at the Gooische Hockey Club in the Netherlands. From 2012 to 2013, they were a Rockefeller Leadership Fellow and Public Policy Intern, Research Assistant at the Netherlands Institute for Human Rights, where they conducted research on transitional justice for post-conflict societies and copy edited a special on Transitional Justice. Finally, from 2009 to 2012, they were a Program Director and Camp Director for Expanding Horizons, Inc., where they developed sales and marketing strategies for retention and growth of current camps.

Maya Herm graduated from Dartmouth College in 2013 with a Bachelor of Arts in International Relations, Spanish, and Studio Art. Maya also completed a SQL Bootcamp at General Assembly.
