Samuel Nwadilobi Nnabugwu

Samuel Nwadilobi Nnabugwu has been in the telecommunications industry since 2013, when they began their role as Senior Field Support Engineer (Network Operations and Maintenance) at Phase3 Telecom. In this role, they were responsible for optical fiber network planning, design, and implementation, as well as network monitoring and management, carrying out detailed surveys for metro and long-haul optical fiber network implementation, and routine preventive maintenance activities. Samuel Nwadilobi was also responsible for design and implementation of new fiber routes, optical fiber cable stringing, splicing, and termination on different types of ODFs and connectors, adapter, pigtails, etc., and optical fiber testing and fault location with equipment such as OTDR, Power Meter, Laser Source. Samuel Nwadilobi supervised all fiber optics projects awarded to contractors to ensure quality of services, tested optical fiber routes after implementation, and properly documented all implementation carried out on both metro and long-haul fiber. In 2019, Samuel began working at Reloadly, where they have held the roles of Product Owner, Associate Product Manager, and Technical Support Engineer.

Samuel Nwadilobi Nnabugwu's education history includes a Bachelor of Science (BSc) in Computer Science from Salem University Lokoja (2008-2012), a Master's degree in Applied Telecommunications and Engineering management from Universitat Politècnica de Catalunya (2016-2017), a Certified Fiber Optic Technician (CFOT) and Certified Fiber Optic Specialist in Outside-plant (CFOS/O) from The Fiber Optic Association (FOA) (2014), and a Master's degree in SAP ERP Advanced University Course Sap Consulting from Universidad Rey Juan Carlos (2018). Samuel Nwadilobi also attended Jinie College Kaduna (2004-2006).
