Claudia Willecke

Claudia Willecke is an experienced operations and customer service professional, currently serving as the Area Operations Manager at Relocity, Inc. since July 2023. Previously, Claudia held the position of Customer Service Manager at Wayfair, where oversight included leading the German Customer Service team. Prior experience includes serving as Operations Manager at Deutsche Post und DHL and an extensive career at Amazon.de, where roles included Site Lead Transaction Risk Management and Program Manager, as well as Site Lead Seller Support in Regensburg. Claudia earned an M.A. in German and English Literature and Language from the University of Regensburg from 1989 to 1996.
