Nadia Shipley

Nadia Shipley is a seasoned Human Resources professional with extensive experience in various roles within multiple organizations. Currently serving as Human Resources Manager at Relocity, Inc. since June 2020, Nadia oversees leave of absences, compensation restructuring, exit interviews, performance reviews, and employee relations, while also managing global payroll processes. Prior to this position, Nadia held roles at Parachute Home, RPA, and Club Soba, where responsibilities included onboarding, employee wellness programs, and administrative HR functions. Nadia holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Psychology with a minor in Art History from California State University, Northridge, and an Associate’s Degree in Psychology from Los Angeles Valley College.
