Wayne Hubbard FCIWM is an accomplished professional in waste management, currently serving as the Chief Executive Officer at ReLondon since April 2009, overseeing LWARB's Business Plan implementation. Prior experience includes roles as Head of Business Development at ReLondon, where contributions were made to the organization's first Business Plan and funding programmes, and as Head of Waste at the Greater London Authority, where strategic waste initiatives were developed under the Mayor of London. Additional experience encompasses roles at Haringey Council as Waste Policy Manager and at East Sussex County Council as Waste Management Officer. Wayne Hubbard holds a BA (Hons) in History from the University of Sussex and an MSc in Waste Management from the University of Bedfordshire.
