Chrisna Satya Nugraha has a wealth of experience in sales and key account management. In 2021, they began working as a National Key Account Manager for RELX Technology. From 2017-2021, they were employed by PT. Erajaya Swasembada, Tbk., where they held the roles of Head of Key Account Management, Key Account Manager, and Territory Sales Manager. In this role, they managed sales distribution at PT Teletama Artha Mandiri Division, managed and motivated teams, and resolved conflicts. From 2015-2017, they were an Area Sales Manager for Wiko Mobile Indonesia. From 2010-2015, they were employed by Nokia, where they held the roles of Territory Manager and Channel Development Officer. In this role, they managed distributors of Nokia product, trained and supervised sales teams, created Nokia sell out demand with local or national marketing activities, and was selected as the Best Territory Manager for East Zone for 2011, 2014, and 2015. From 2003-2010, they worked as a Marketing Representative for PT Mandom Indonesia Tbk, where they managed all marketing activities and organizing Mandom resources to achieve monthly sell out target.
Chrisna Satya Nugraha obtained a Sarjana S2 degree in Marketing Management from Universitas Jenderal Soedirman in 2006. Prior to that, they obtained a Sarjana S1 degree in Faculty of Civil & Planning Engineering from Institut Teknologi Nasional (ITENAS) between 1998 and 2003.
