Diane Bilo is a seasoned professional in HR technology with extensive experience in managing human resource information systems. Currently serving as the Sr Manager for Workday & HR Technology Platforms at RELX since September 2018, Diane oversees the organization’s HR information technologies, including the RELX Global HR System powered by Workday. Prior to this role, Diane held the position of Global HRIS Manager for Workday Time Tracking & Absence Management at RELX and has a solid background as a Global HRIS Consultant at LexisNexis, where Diane led global Workday implementations. Earlier career experiences include serving as IT Manager at INC Research and Senior Consultant at Ajilon Consulting, along with significant contributions at NCR Corporation as an Application Development Consultant. Diane holds a Bachelor of Science in Management Information Systems from the University of Dayton and an MBA in International Business from Xavier University.
