Kate Murphy

Kate Murphy is an experienced tax professional currently serving as the Head of UK Tax at RELX since May 2020, following a role as Senior UK Tax Manager. Kate is also a co-founder of Angkor App Ltd, established in October 2015. Previous positions include Group Tax Manager at Fuller, Smith & Turner from February 2016 to March 2020, EMEA Tax Manager at Sabre Holdings (October 2012 - June 2015), and Tax Executive at Diageo (2007 - 2011). Early experience includes roles as a Tax Accountant at Burberry (2006 - 2007) and Tax Consultant at Deloitte (2002 - 2006). Kate's education includes an MBA from Cass Business School (2011 - 2012) and an MA in Natural Sciences from the University of Cambridge (1998 - 2001). Additionally, Kate volunteered as an accountant at Anjali House in August 2015.
