Jerome Palencia

Jerome Palencia is an experienced professional in the fields of film production and investment. Currently serving as an Angel Investor and Limited Partner at Rely Capital since June 2022, Jerome actively participates in multiple startups and the Rely Syndicate, which includes over 500 accredited investors. As the Director of Photography at Northbound Films since July 2012, Jerome contributes to a creative studio that specializes in developing video content for marketing, advertising, and communications. Prior experience includes freelance production work from April 2005 to August 2012, where Jerome handled film production, post-production, scripting, and management, as well as working as a TV cameraman and editor for ABS-CBN Corporation from June 2002 to June 2005. Jerome holds a degree in Film and Digital Media with a focus on Cinematography and Film/Video Production from the University of California, Santa Cruz, earned in June 2001.
