Russ Martin, CCIM has a diverse work experience in the banking industry. Russ began their career as a Summer Intern at Farm Credit Services of Western Arkansas in 2000. Russ then worked as a Credit Manager at Wells Fargo Financial Acceptance from 2001 to 2003. After that, Russ joined Arvest Bank as a Credit Analyst from 2004 to 2006. Russ then worked at Centennial Bank as an Assistant Vice President from 2006 to 2011, where they handled complex loan and deposit accounts. Russ then joined First Security Bank in 2011 as a Vice President - Commercial Loan Officer, where they solicited and serviced a variety of commercial loans. Finally, Russ is currently working at Relyance Bank, where they began as a Senior Vice President - Commercial Loan Officer in 2014 and is currently serving as the Executive Vice President and Chief Credit Officer.
Russ Martin, CCIM's education history begins with their graduation from Pulaski Academy in 1997. Following high school, they attended the University of Arkansas from 1997 to 2001, earning a Bachelor of Science degree in Agricultural Business. In 2003, they returned to the University of Arkansas for their Master of Science degree, specializing in Agricultural Economics, which they completed in 2004. Finally, in 2015, Russ Martin attended the Graduate School of Banking at Louisiana State University, focusing on Banking.
