Mike Means has extensive work experience in project management and construction site management. Mike started their career in 1994 as a Sample Technician/Staff Chemist at Amoco-Ecova, where they coordinated sampling programs for bio-remediation projects. Mike then moved on to roles such as Site Manager/Lead Operator at Fluor Daniel-ESI Division and Site Manager at Fluor, where they managed various environmental projects.
In 2000, Mike joined IT Corporation as a Site Manager/Project Manager, overseeing construction remediation projects. Mike later worked at Shaw Group/Shaw Environmental as a Construction Field Manager and Construction Site Manager, managing large-scale emergency response contracts and overseeing day-to-day operations.
From 1993 to 2018, Mike served as a Senior Project Manager at APTIM, handling senior-level project management responsibilities. Mike then briefly worked at Atlas as a Senior Project Manager before returning to APTIM as a Project Manager.
Most recently, starting from 2020, Mike has been working as a Project Manager at RELYANT Global, LLC, and previously at APTIM. Overall, Mike's work experience showcases their expertise in project management, construction site management, and environmental remediation.
Mike Means attended the University of Missouri-Kansas City from 1988 to 1993, where they obtained a Bachelor of Science degree in Biology.
