Vincent Javerzac

President And CEO - Americas at REMA TIP TOP

Vincent Javerzac has extensive work experience in various leadership roles. Vincent currently serves as the President of the Americas Region at REMA TIP TOP North America Inc. Before this, they were the General Manager of the Global Assembly & Protection Solutions Division at Parker Hannifin, where they led the division's P&L and global business operations. During their time at Parker Hannifin, they achieved significant growth, increasing the business from $150 million to $400 million with a 40% year-over-year growth in 3 years. Vincent also led the integration planning with LORD Corporation until its acquisition by Parker Hannifin for $3.7 billion.

Prior to Parker Hannifin, Vincent held several leadership positions at LORD Corporation. Vincent was the Vice President and Integration Leader, coordinating a global team of 40 leaders in the integration planning process. Vincent also served as the Vice President of Europe, Middle East, and Africa, overseeing the Performance Materials business and corporate functions in the region. Additionally, they were the Director of Global Growth Initiatives, leading strategic initiatives and new business development for the Automotive, Industrial, and Electronics Assembly Business Group. Vincent started their tenure at LORD Corporation as the Finance Director and Corporate Controller, responsible for all financial reporting and compliance.

Before joining LORD Corporation, Vincent worked at Procter & Gamble, where they held various finance roles. Vincent was the CFO of the Global Air Care business, responsible for strategic and business planning, operational financial leadership, and business stewardship. Vincent also served as the Senior Finance Director for Home Care Western Europe and the Finance Director for Dish Care & Air Care Europe. Vincent began their career at Procter & Gamble as a Plant Finance Manager and held various finance manager positions.

Prior to their corporate roles, Vincent worked as a Lecturer of French at Aalto University.

Vincent Javerzac's education history begins in 1993, when they enrolled at the Ecole spéciale des Travaux publics, du Bâtiment et de l'Industrie. Vincent completed their Master of Science (M.Sc.) degree in Civil Engineering at this institution, graduating in 1996.

Afterward, Vincent pursued further education at the Toulouse School of Management from 1996 to 1997, where they obtained a Master of Business Administration (M.B.A.) with a specialization in Finance, General.

In terms of additional certifications, Vincent obtained one in Competitive Response Modelling - Facilitator in October 2007 from Procter & Gamble.
